A package of 4 one-hour sessions with a skilled nutritionist to provide ongoing management of the existing health issues and optimizing health for:

- Conditions affecting your heart such as: high Cholesterol / Diabetes / High Blood Pressure

- Gastrointestinal Conditions (Reflux, IBS, Inflammatory Bowel Disease, Celiac Disease, Food intolerance)

- Mental Health conditions such as Eating well to support Anxiety, Depression, Management of Eating Disorders, eating well as a Vegetarian

- Learning how to read food labels / Choosing healthier options on a limited income or eating on the run.

- Pregnancy, and infant and childhood nutrition issues.
