Refund policy

We are committed to providing exceptional value in a comfortable, professional environment with highly trained staff. To ensure availability for all clients, we have the following cancellation and refund policy:

All purchases are final sale and non-refundable. Treatments, services, and packages are non-transferable to other individuals or clinics.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations so we can accommodate other clients.

Appointments cancelled within 24 hours, or missed appointments, will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost or $50, whichever is higher.

Please note that any deposits paid for cosmetic injectable treatments are non-refundable under all circumstances.
