Package of 10 Nutrition sessions (60 min each)

A package of 10 one-hour sessions with a skilled nutritionist to provide ongoing management of the existing health issues and optimising health for:

- Conditions affecting your heart such as: high Cholesterol / Diabetes / High Blood Pressure

- Gastrointestinal Conditions (Reflux, IBS, Inflammatory Bowel Disease, Celiac Disease, Food intolerance)

- Mental Health conditions such as Eating well to support Anxiety, Depression, Management of Eating Disorders, eating well as a Vegetarian

- Learning how to read food labels / Choosing healthier options on a limited income or eating on the run.

- Pregnancy, and infant and childhood nutrition issues.
